.....Thank
you for asking about the possibilities of moving to the
beautiful mountains of North Georgia! I would like to
give you a little information about myself. Due to the
fact that if you do decide to purchase a home or land
in this area you need to know who I am and why my services
are above the rest. I am from Central Florida and have
been here for over seven years and I have loved every
day. I feel that moving my family here was a good decision
and look forward to my days of retiring here. My family
consists of my wife, Karen, and my two children Nick and
Leigha.

managing vacation cabins in the area, I have built both spec homes and my own personal homes as

also would like to mention how the process works if
you are not familiar with home buying or if it has been
a while since your last purchase. Regardless if it is
a small tract of land or if it is a large project you
MUST feel comfortable with every step and know that
your questions and concerns will be satisfied. The information
that I am sending you is a start to a process that is
only driven by you and not a pushy agent that thinks
the more he or she calls the faster you will buy. These
agents do not get it. I refuse too bug you and will
mention the next time I intend on calling you and will
like to know if that is OK with you as well. If this
time frame is not acceptable for you please feel free
to let me know. Also if there is a good or bad time
to call then please let me know. I do not intend to
have you dread my phone calls or emails.
.....In closing I would
also like to add that if this information that you are
asking of me is not needed or if your time frame has moved
from 6 months to 1 year or 2 years then please let me
know as soon as possible. My services are paid for by
the seller and I have to make sure that they get the
most of my time as do you. When you have asked of my
services it would be best to know your time frame to
know how fast I must go for your needs at that time.
For example: If you are moving in the next 3 months
then I must move to get what you need by a time frame.
You will be set on a time line and followed to the day.
On the other hand if you are moving in the next 6 months
to a year then you have time to look and possible work
a vacation trip to look as well.
